    Leave it to the experts

    Come and have your birthday party with the faeries at The Faerie Shop, Salamanca Place, Hobart Tasmania

    Our parties run for 1.25 hours (plus 15 minutes gathering time), and include a game of pass-the-parcel – where everyone wins a prize, as well as wishes, stories and other games. Plus, no party would be complete without the faerie birthday feast (including your choice of cake). Each child also receives a balloon and lolly bag to take home. Faerie Tea Parties are a really special way to honour the birthday child ~ and are most popular with girls aged 5-7 years.

    Fully catered

    fully-catered parties cost $340 for 8 children (and $15/child thereafter to a limit of 10 children) and are available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Faerie Primrose

    Faerie Primrose is a beautiful flower faerie. She lives in a tiny mushroom house in Faerie-Land with her pet butterfly called petal. Her favourite colours are pink and yellow just like petals wings. Faerie Primrose spends her days playing with all of the tiny creatures that live in Faerie-Land!

  • Faerie Twilight

    Faerie Twinkle is a star faerie who loves to flutter up in the clouds and dance among the stars!

  • Faerie Luna

    Faerie Luna in a sweet, bubbly rainbow faerie who loves to make new friends in the human and faerie worlds.

  • Faerie Orchid

    Faerie Orchid is a whimsical forest faerie who adores caring for all the plants in faerie-land. She lives at the bottom of a magical oak tree in a fabulous faerie forest. Everyday, Faerie Orchid loves playing hide and seek with the forest creatures, but most of all, she loves hosting birthday parties for all her faerie friends!

  • Faerie Melody

    Faerie Melody is a bubbly music faerie who loves to share her passion for music and dancing with others. She spends her days out and about, giggling and smiling, leaping between flower petals and humming her favourite tunes. Faerie Melody absolutely adores creating music for all of faerie-land to hear but out of everything she gets to do, her most favourite thing to do is to share her love of music and dancing with all the children she comes across during her adventures in human-land.

  • Faerie Lavender

    Faerie Lavender is a flower faerie who loves to take care of all of the magical creatures who live near her in faerie-land. She spends her days in the lush forests of faerie-land, amongst the singing birds and the swaying trees, playing games with all her friends. Lavender’s favourite time of year is spring, when the forest is filled with gorgeous purple lavender. But above all, her most favourite thing to do is spend time with her friends from human-land on their visits to The Faerie Shop!

  • Faerie Blossom

    Faerie Blossom is a flower faerie who lives in the cosy cup of a beautiful flower in faerie-land. her very special job in Faerie-Land is to care for all of the gorgeous flowers in the Faerie Queens garden. Her favourite colour is pink and she loves to sprinkle magical pink faerie sparkles everywhere she goes. When she comes to human-land she visits all the gardens and cares for the plants in between visits to The Faerie Shop.

  • Faerie Azalea

    Faerie Azalea is a flower faerie who lives amongst the flowers in one of the most magical gardens in faerie-land. Her favourite colour is rose pink. Faerie Azalea’s job is to water and feed every flower in the faerie-land gardens. She loves to twirl amongst the flowers in her magical dancing shoes given to her by the faerie queen whilst practising for the faerie balls!

  • Can I pay for a party booking by cheque?

  • Do the children need to dress up?

    Children are welcome to dress up, as this can add to the fun. (If your child would rather not dress up, that is fine too. Sometimes it is worth bringing their wings/cape with them in case they change their mind at the last minute.)
